Ben Nadworny

As the Client Services Manager, Ben supervises the team responsible for providing Sequoia's clients with personalized, helpful and timely service.  His experienced team currently consists of the Client Relationship Manager, Senior Client Operations Specialist and Office Administrator. Ben also manages the firm’s interns and internship program. 

Ben’s methodical and process-oriented approach led him to design and generate the internal management reports relied upon for managing the firm’s operations. In addition, Ben assists and provides oversight of the annual review process for each of Sequoia Financial Group’s clients. 

He began at the firm as an onboarding specialist and as the firm grew, he expanded his responsibilities to become a Client Relationship Manager and now to manage the Client Services team. His ultimate goal is to work as a financial advisor.

Ben is a graduate of the University of Hartford and after successfully completing their management training program he became a member of the management team at Enterprise Truck rentals 

Ben enjoys golfing, hitting the gym and watching documentaries but currently spends almost all of his free time working on renovating his newly purchased home in Wakefield, MA. 

Fun facts: A 375-yard drive, no problem. But don’t ask about his short game!
